“I actually think Bible Baptist chose me (smile)…I was new to the area…I slipped in and sat in the back but that did not stop people from recognizing me as a guest and coming up to me with kind, sweet words and welcoming smiles. I thought…this is so nice-not too big, not too small. I can get to like this!”

Nursery
Ages 0-2
The nursery ministry provides a safe, caring environment for children ages 0-2 so that their parents can learn and worship without distraction during the services. The nursery ministry is available during all Sunday services as well as our Wednesday evening service. In addition to the care of qualified nursery workers, we provide a tag system for security, and pagers to let mothers know of any needs that require their personal attention.

Preschool
Ages 3-5
The preschool ministry at Bible Baptist Church is designed to instruct children ages 3-5 in the truths of Scripture, and to prepare them for being involved in the adult worship service. Preschoolers meet during the worship service at 9:45 a.m. and for Sunday school at 11:15 a.m. On Wednesdays during the school year, the preschoolers are involved in the GOPHER BUDDIES program, and during the summer they have a special program that includes lessons and games. During this tender age, the Gospel is presented regularly.

Elementary
Age 3-6th grade
The elementary Sunday school program provides separate classes for children 3-years-old to 6th grade. Led by teachers and teachers’ assistants who are committed to caring for and instructing them, these classes form an important part of the children’s growth in Biblical understanding.

Junior Church
1st-5th grade
Junior Church, for children in 1st through 5th grade, meets during the Sunday morning worship service at 9:45 a.m. Junior church is designed for age-specific challenges and instruction from God’s Word. The children also enjoy songs that instill Biblical principles.

WEDNESDAY KIDS PROGRAM
Age 3-6th grade
Gopher Buddies (3 – 5 year olds) and Olympians (1st – 6th graders) meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:45 p.m. for an exciting time of Bible teaching, small group training, and learning to use God’s Word in everyday life. Each student receives a quiet time journal and bag that are age appropriate to help them grow in their relationship with God.

Teens
7th-12th grade
Teen Impact is the ministry to teens (7th-12th grades) that runs throughout the school year and breaks for the summer. The teen ministry at Bible Baptist Church exists to partner with the parents in discipling their teens to become God-loving, Word-filled, ministry-minded disciple makers. Teens meet at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings and 11:15 a.m. on Sunday mornings. The program includes activities for both junior high and senior high teens throughout the school year.
