Twice each semester and once during the summer, the ladies meet for a time of fellowship and encouragement. At any stage of life it's easy to feel isolated and disconnected, so the ladies' meetings provide a context for the ladies to get to know each other better and encourage each other in the Lord. These meetings are usually organized around a particular spiritual theme, but the specific activities vary from time to time. Whether they involve a special speaker or workshops about parenting, couponing, or exercising, these meetings help bring the ladies closer to the Lord and to each other.
ladies' book study
For eight weeks in each semester, the ladies have the opportunity to meet and study a book on Christian living. To accomodate the often-hectic schedule of mothers and working ladies, these studies are offered in the morning and evening once each week during the duration of the study. In addition to discussing what they are learning from the book, the ladies also have a time of prayer and singing. Currently our ladies are going through Mardi Collier's book, What Do I know About My God. Please join us each Tuesday at 9:30am or 7:00pm, now until Nov. 18 (no study on 11/4, National Election Day). Come 30 minutes early for a time of food and fellowship. You will be blessed.
